Shultz & Co. was originally founded in 2014 as a Non-Profit Management Consulting organization. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, and following the racial and political unrest in the aftermath of the George Floyd murder, Shultz & Co. expanded its capacity to also serve for-profit businesses led by black, indigenous, and other people of color (BIPOC) individuals. As a result of these unprecedented times, many organizations that serve BIPOC communities have been faced with significant challenges but also new opportunities to expand their impact. There is a need for guidance and support on how these organizations can be empowered to meet the challenges of these times, including the expansion of diversity & inclusion, increasing the reach of services and promoting equity to improve the quality of living for BIPOC communities.
At Shultz & Co., we recognize the need to assist organizations in building capacity to address the complex challenges that our communities face which have been worsened by the pandemic and resulting economic crisis. This includes providing services to meet the needs of more diverse clients to producing evidence-based outcomes. Our goal is to provide world-class consulting and technical assistance services to empower our clients’ growth, efficiency, and effectiveness in their daily operations while planning for their sustainable futures.
